Notarization & Notaries
Powers of attorney, contracts and declarations notarized in-house under our Ministry of Justice notarization licence, with drafting and review before notarization.
Notarization licence no. 45/15124
Notarization is what gives your document its evidential weight before authorities and courts. The firm is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to carry out notarization, so we notarize your document ourselves through the Najiz platform: we draft or review it, verify the identity, capacity and papers of each party, then notarize it and deliver the notarized document electronically, in person or remotely depending on the transaction.

- Notarizing contracts, declarations, acknowledgements of debt and releases
- Notarizing articles of association, amendments and partner resolutions
- Notarizing real-estate dispositions, title transfers, mortgages and their release
- Reviewing and drafting documents before notarization to avoid rejection or errors

Notarization FAQ
How long does a power of attorney take?
Usually the same day once the documents are complete and the parties' identities are verified. Transactions that need more review, such as company documents, take longer and we tell you the timeline in advance.
Can a power of attorney be revoked remotely?
Yes. The principal can revoke it electronically through the Najiz platform, or we can notarize the revocation for you. It is advisable to inform the attorney and any party they deal with.
Do all parties need to attend?
It depends on the transaction. Some are completed electronically after verification through Nafath, while others require the parties or their legal representatives to attend. We confirm this when you book.
Do you notarize for residents and non-residents?
We notarize for citizens and residents with a valid ID. If you are outside Saudi Arabia, we guide you to notarize and legalize your power of attorney in your country, then follow up on its use here.
